The earpiece took 10 days to get to me (due to Royal routing it incorrectly, no fault on the sellers part) and when it arrived it was unfortunately the incorrect connector supplied. An email to the team and I had to correct item in my hand the very next day. This is how customer service should be, just brilliant. Highly recommended
