Royal mail delivered my parcel to wrong property i have tried on several occasions to contact this company i have been ignored everytime, ive had to contact royal myself to start a claim process which i have been informed should be sender who does this, this company literally didnt care it was lost also one i have reviewed it very cheaply made and charges alot for what it is
