Item did not match most pictures that were listed. Showed pictures of what I received vs what they show on the listing. It appears that it could be a copy, and the minor details were left out. The seller denied this and said they did not see what I described and sent pictures of. The item received lacked detail shading on the sides of the stormtrooper helmet where vents would be.In their pictures it shows shading details that look like vents.What you get is plain silicone holes. Refunded 100%

My feedback wasn't clear that I was satisfied with the end result of a 100% refund. I want to be clear that the 100% refund did change my opinion of the transaction to positive
I do stand by my comments about the item received. There are shading details left out of the item received that appear on their posted pictures. If I had not received a refund, I would have been dissatisfied with the transaction because I won't be keeping the item as is. It just looks better in their pics than in reality

I purchased the item because I wanted of course but what loved most was the care that went into packaging it. Not only was it well protected for it's long journey but ot was also giftwraped in adorable paper. There was also a similar themed gift and a lovely hand written letter. I couldn't be happier.
