I was disappointed in the condition in which I received the eye pencils. They were shipped in a very thin plastic envelope bag that had no bubble protection. Then put inside of a paper shipping envelope. Which also didn't give suitable protection from being damaged. All 3 pencil boxes were crushed during shipping. I haven't used any of the pencils yet, so I'm hoping that they are not broken from inside. I'm hoping that only the boxes were damaged and the pencils are still in good condition.
