There seems to be one piece missing from the rear of the air vent. It is supposed to snap on the back and hold the rod in place when you turn the front of the vent. Without it the vent does not open and close when you turn the front of the vent, as it is supposed to. I'm wondering if this piece was inadvertently not included when the item was shipped. We will need this piece for the vent to work properly.
