Delivery was rather slow, but worth waiting for! Item is much better made than I expected at this price. Controls feel firm & positive. The ability to set the cassette to automatically play the second side is a real boon. You get a CD of Audacity, which is a free download anyway, but I had to use the disc because my version was an old one. Set up is very straightforward & it works right away. Make sure you have a very strong magnifying glass to read the instructions, though.
