8 out of 20 were broken when delivered. Packaging was inadequate. I was disappointed, but I leave positive feedback since I think you meant well. I cannot teach you how to prepare your shipments in this feedback comment, but suggest you learn and improve. These rods are fragile and should be wrapped tightly inside the box to keep from hitting each other during handling. No, the cool .... the damage that it could not be the preserve for the future.
