Fans as described, slightly loose mounting tape on one. Reasonably well packed, perfectly fine for the weight of the fans. Fans are a little more noisy than the OEM fans were when new, but unlike the OEM fans they are working just fine for now. Was worried about excess tape covering the top of the fan and had to trim it back. It seems the OEM tape was over-applied & cut back too. Took about 5 weeks to get from China to Australia. I've had faster (1 week at best), but I've had slower (3 months+).
