Overpriced but was cordially reduced to my offer price & since it was nonretundable I would expect as much. Problem was for that kind of money I expect a perfect item in every way and yet even tho the tag stated mid rise it was clearly a mislabeled item (very long high rise causing ill fit) something manufacturer did- not seller but still I can't use & wrote a polite request to have my purchase price refunded (without the ship $ I paid but With a free return label) Not even a response Rude
