To be covered by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy we can only dispatch items to your registered eBay address. This is the address you select when completing the eBay checkout process. To have an item sent to an alternative address you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchasing the item.
Please ensure that all purchases are inspected thoroughly upon delivery. If your item is faulty or defected we must be notified by email within 24 hours. Where possible we will arrange for a replacement item or part to be sent. If the sending of a replacement item or part is not possible we will either ask to return the faulty item and refund or offer an immediate refund.
Due to the vast number of items that we sell on a daily basis, we have an automated feedback system in place. As soon as you have paid for your item our automated system will leave you a positive feedback.
