Seller said battery was good and working. Told him to double check. Sent the battery and did not work at all. The seller stopped answering my messages. Then I asked eBay to step in and I returned the item and I was refunded. That could all happen and could be a simple mistake, but what you have to do is to always talk to your buyer. Learn from this experience and fix it. Really bad way to treat a buyer.

I'm sorry the battery didn't work for you. I just tested it again and got it to work. Pro tip: sometimes if a battery sits too long without a charge, the charger won't register it. You can use speaker wire and connect the positive to a working battery and the negative to a negative battery (like a car). Just a few seconds and it will allow your charger to recognize the empty battery. Regardless, sorry it didn't work for you. I approved the refund request as soon as I saw it & you were refunded.
