    This seller did not provide the spanner shock adjustment tool. When I contacted eBay motorcycleworks, they claimed it was not part of the purchase. It was shown in the listing, not excluded in the listing, and the manufacturer confirmed a spanner wrench is shipped with every pair of these shocks. I do NOT recommend this seller.
