The manufacturer had 2 different versions (content on 2 discs) but at a later date condensed the same content to only one CD. We apologized for the confusion and offered for them to return but they instead demanded "I am requesting a partial refund or I'll be forced to notify eBay." We accept our error but do not give in to threats. Buyer must return to get refund.
