Not sure why you felt the need to leave bad feedback when I agreed with no quibble for you to return the towel rail despite the fact it is not a towel rail designed for paper towels which is what you must be referring to. It is clear in the description this is a towel rail for for hand towels to be hung over the rail. I feel you must take responsibility for your mistake by not reading the description. Sadly for some reason you decided I was to blame! Sanded to perfection also!!
