Not happy at all with the cheap folded out box you used to ship this. The box had damage, one corner cracked off, but somehow lucky the frame made it. The box was flattened around the frame, which had delicate filigree, only one layer of bubble wrap around it with no extra padding at edges nor corners.

If the picture was damaged, I would gladly refund your money. But you did not say there was any damage to the picture. All you did was complain about the packaging. As long as the picture was received without damage then the packaging isn't an issue.
