Item paid for and after ten days not delivered and no communication. Then a refund notice, when I messaged to ask why there was no help at all just repeated that item had been returned. As never received and tracking showed it as dispatched and never delivered all very odd. No offer to re send or correct. Would not recommend buying from here

With hindsight we should have contacted you to request what to do next, however on this occasion, we just actioned a refund. We do apologise for any inconvenience casued.
