I have documentation that a refund was issued by me via Paypal . It is true that the item was not shipped because it was in my car from Sept.23 thru 10/11/23. My car was towed to a different city and I had no access to it as it awaited servicing for a VERY long time. There is NO public transportation in the small town where I live and all of my shipping requires the use of my car. I explained this to former buyer and have proof that I did so.He opted for refund, which was fine. I also apologize
