The product was received exactly as expected: an unopened, new CD without damage. It took a little longer for the seller to ship the item than I expected, but I received the item quickly despite the overseas shipping once the seller gave it to the post office. (although I was hoping for this as the shipping cost was high, overseas shipping can be unpredictable, so I was pleased!)
