It's shaped like a sword with scissor handles instead of being a scissor that can open and close, but it's a clear reference to her scissors. The only thing I will say is read carefully! I thought this was a prop but it is steel and has good weight to it! It is pointy at the tip, but not sharp on the edges. You probably cannot bring it to most conventions. Great price for great craftsmanship!
