Item was as described. Packaging was less than adequate as the top of the box was half open when it arrived. I don't know who does packaging for ebay, but this was the third time packaging was not good. The previous 2 times items actually came damaged (not from this vendor). Shipping time should be faster, I can get items from China or Japan in less than a week, why does it take 2-3 weeks for items from ebay purchased in the U.S.?
