The buying process was super simple and easy. I received the part during the expected delivery range of days, and the part looked to be exactly the same as the existing part. I am however a little disappointed as the part does not seem to work properly. When I installed the part and turned my device on, I keep getting a consistent error that tells me that the bumper is stuck and I must tap the bumper and press the clean button. I do this but it still does not work. May be returning soon.
