Buyer beware! These shoes were advertised as new in box, never worn and in excellent condition, as the pictures posted represented. I received a pair of shoes with a chewed up heel and other marks on them. I immediately contacted the seller, and sent pictures. The response was nonchalant and without any consideration of a discount on a future pair or any kind of compensation at all. No wonder they don't accept returns, they lie and misrepresent their shoes in their photographs! So sad.
