The guitar is brand new as described and beautiful. Flever Shop did a great job packaging and delivering the item. I'm in the U.S. This is the first time I had to deal with US customs via FedEx and the experience was not bad. Watch your tracking number and when it reaches the US it will say "Clearance Delay". Call FedEx and they will send you a customs form 5106 to fill out through DocuSign. After I filled it out, two days later my guitar arrived in mint condition. Thank you.
