They said the item was sold (despite it still being listed for sale) and tried to sell me other things I didn’t want to delay a refund

Thanks for visiting my shop. I am sorry that that tie is out of stock. I have suggested other alternatives at the same price. Since you didn't like them, I cancelled the order immediately and gave you a refund straight away. There was never any intention to delay the refund. I just wanted you to have a good experience shopping in my shop.

Said tie was sold (after I had paid for it) and proceeded to try and sell me other ties I didn’t want. I had to get quite adamant about a refund. However, even after the tie was supposedly sold, it was still showing as for sale…. Very strange….
