While packing, it turned out that one bottle was leaking, so we only sent two. We informed the buyer about this immediately after shipment. The buyer received a refund for the missing bottle in an amount greater than the price of the missing bottle. One month after receiving the refund, the buyer tried to force the missing bottle to be sent.
