The problem here is that they oversell their product beyond their inventory and hope that you will simply wait as it will tell you that your shipping is delayed. It's delayed because they have no inventory of what you purchased. They tell me that the item has shipped on 4/12/2024 and as of 4/20/2024 the USPS still has not received the parcel. So I call BS on this company.
