I purchased this dress after carefully reading the description, knowing it was used. However, upon receiving it, I noticed that the embroidery on the hem was ripped, and it was not mentioned in the description at all. If I had known the dress would need serious repair, I wouldn't have purchased it. Furthermore, the seller delayed sending the dress for a week without responding to my messages of inquiries. I don't recommend this seller.

I responded to all messages, u wanted the dress to be posted straight away and I informed u I will make sure u will get it before the posting by date which i did, so I am confused with your message. If the dress was what u are describing u would have surely messaged and tell me of the fault as it would be my fault.
