    I ordered two items on 27th November. The estimated delivery dates came and went and the items were not even marked as despatched. I tried to contact the seller to ask for progress on my order but my messages weren't answered. Due to lack of communication or signs of despatch I opened a case against the seller. My items have now arrived. I am very happy with the items themselves, but no communication and late delivery caused undue stress as these items were a gift for my sons birthday.

    Item arrived today, and the item is fine, but I ordered this 11 days ago and to be honest, I thought it must have been coming from abroad as it took a while. It was coming from the UK. It stated when ordered that it would be posted within 3 days. I was disappointed as it was a present for my grandaughter. I messaged to politely ask if the item had been posted, recieved no communication from seller, just a message to say it had been posted would have been nice.
