The bed is perfectly solid and motor very quiet and smooth.
Waiting for the memory foam mattress to fully expand as I can still feel the lats through it at present???
The delivery and assembly company were FANTASTIC disassembled my old bed (added cost of £20 ) and assembled new bed and put in place. Went to pay the £20 additional cost of disassembly (they declined the payment) Great experience would recommend 100%

Was told over the phone the delivery men would unwrapp the sofa and put it together but they didn't I'm disabled and struggling to do so. There's a hole in corner piece, the form they showed my over ebay message I've never seen before only the signing box, I've asked for partial money for the corner piece and alls they can say is you have signed for it this is the worst experience ever
