Shipping was good, and equipment was great. Unfortunately, it can hardly be used, as it is missing the corresponding "water jug" [the distilled water reservoir]. I contacted seller, & asked him to sell me [in a separated order] the DC Home original jug . Though his reply was quick, respectful, & efficient, he couldn't sell it to me, nor point toward someone else who could do it. I hate to say it but, unless you already have the right water Jug, you should think twice before buying this item
