Delivery was prompt and the iPad was secured well when delivered. The device works as it should, and I didn't notice any major scuffs or scratches. However, I wish they had provided me with an original Apple charger cable and charging block. Overall, I'm happy with the device.

I have sent several messages Road on eBay to the seller. I ordered the iPad and received an email giving me the shipping update. I went on eBay to track my order, it said that the item was still sitting in my cart. I reached out to the seller and asked for them to clarify and never heard from them. I sent another message to the seller and went ahead and repurchased the item. The lack of communication negates the quality as I now own an ipad i didn’t need.

I do not recommend this seller. If you are selling a good product, you do not need deceptive sales tactics, such as listing an item as "open-box condition" when the item is in refurbished condition with 82% maximum battery capacity. Buyer Beware!
