Go to the website and find correct instructions under FAQ section. When first booted up the response time to knob encoder press takes 1-2 seconds after that it responds quickly with short click on the encoder after channel selection and V or I selection. Nice linear performance. Looking forward to automating. I did verify the USB app works well for controlling voltage/current. Firmware is at Rev 1.0
