I shipped brand new, sealed-in-box, socks. After wearing the socks, the buyer decided to return them. They claimed that the socks were "defective." They were not. Since the buyer had opened the boxes, and worn the items, I did not owe a refund. Still, I issued a full refund. Buyer went on to leave negative feedback. This is capricious and petty behavior - looking forward to never doing business with them again.
