Dreadful experience - very poorly packaged and far from in excellent condition - the booklet had tears in it. Very poor response to my complaint, concluding: "Given the cheap price you paid ...[sic]....you are buying second hand after all. If you need everything perfect you need to buy only new or sealed items." The reality is that a seller needs to list items accurately. How much one pays is irrelevant because if an item is accurately listed, a buyer can make an educated decision.
