The buyer wanted the item for £35.00 and the offer was refused, the item was returned the next day and wanted to get the refund as soon as posted even before the tracking appeared in the Royal Mail network, it's not been possible to refund the item without checking the returned item, but the buyer was too rush for a refund keep messaging before the item is returned, then realised that the buyer is doing the same thing for all the sellers.
