slow and poor response to resolve delivered broken and not working. offered to fix it myself upon the receipt of broken parts. there was evidence that the motor was not working but i could not test without the broken part being sent. lots of messaging but nothing getting done. had enough and requested refund, ebay granted that i had a good reason for this. i dont think this was broken in transit, but was made to look ok but came apart in transit.
