Lesson learned on my part I guess. I received the light, it had a chip in the lens that I didn't realize from the ad. I spent 20 bucks on a repair kit and fixed that. Installed it and learned that the running light didn't work. I contacted the seller and because it was just over 30 days and they have a 30-day return policy I was only offered store credit. But why would I buy something from a guy who doesn't test electrical parts before he sells them. My lesson is I should have tested it .
