Even thought this Hard disk was Sealed and Brand New, It was over 10 years old...When I hooked it up to my Pc and Ran Windows 10 Computer Management... It did not show up.. Also ran Device Manager, same thing... From now on... I'm going with Solid State Device for the hard Drive because of no mechanical parts... less prone to failure... lesson learned...

Please contact us you need to partition the hard drive in order for the drive letter to show up. Why did you just leave a negative feedback without even contacting us we would have helped you.
