Alan is an absolute legend! I had previously bought 4 prints and when I ordered more a few months later they unfortunately arrived on much darker paper. I reached out to see if this could be resolved as they wouldn't match my existing prints. Due to supplier issues Alan went to great lengths to find the original paper to reprint replacements.
