The metal rods that join the wheels are bent on both sets, but that seems to be how it was designed as it adds to his movements and makes a little squeak as he rolls around.The toy does need some TLC due to the age.It has a sticker on the back which says Billy Basset, Mary Walker Made In GT. Britain. I don't know anything about the brand, and I can't find anything online about it. I would be interested to know more information if you know any.”
