The seller accepted my offer, but never shipped the order. I don't understand, if you agreed and accepted offer, you have to respect the customer. As it turned out, after a while he changed the delivery cost and sold it to another client.

NOTE : Is not like we took money and never shipped , order had to be canceled due eBay miscalculating shipping cost, refund was issued as soon as we made aware Of situation .You wanted 4 parcels on an already deeply discounted item, and wanted us to pay shipping for you (again due ebay mistake). As soon as we reposted another person found a great deal and buy it.
Usually I don't leave negative feed back but I don't recommend this buyer.
