Item was not as advertised. I ordered a 12v electric kettle with a 1 litre capacity. When the item arrived it was only 0.8 litre. The seller informed me that it was a mistake in the advertising and offered an insultingly small refund if I retained the kettle. I asked for a refund for return of the kettle, to which the seller agreed. It was then more than 3 weeks when I had to remind the seller of the obligation, which was then honoured.
The same item is still advertised as 1 litre capacity.
