Seller mailed 3 glasses in a Lucky Charms Cereal Box. Glass came broken and she say's her store doesn't send return labels. Filed a claim with Ebay for a full refund. Buy a real box to send glass not a cereal box.

Buyer requested refund as glasses were smaller than expected stating item not as described. I explained where the size was in the description and messages. I would accept the return and refund the item, buyer would be responsible for shipping. 2 days later I received a message that a glass is broken and I need to file a claim. Offered partial refund for broken glass also denied. Seems buyer will get a refund one way or another beware of this buyer. Buyer believes that we both will be refunded.
