This one is actually OEM unlike some others you might find on eBay claiming OEM. You can always tell if you test the thumbsticks in a game with fine motor control. If the sticks like to measure mostly in eight cardinal directions and also have issues with inner and outer deadzones (i.e. player character goes from dead stop to full speed and is very hard to get into a walk animation) it's a clear sign the product is a cheap imitation. This has none of those issues and is in great condition.
