I opted for a refund (I wanted a "batting picture" of the player and a distinct autograph. He sent the refund immediately. No hassle at all. Super good and clear communication. Anyway, the seller sends me a complementary signed card by way of apology. Totally unexpected.

Seller was quick to respond and item arrive one day before it was suppose to. Item shipped in a box that had stuffing/bubble wrap completely encased around ornament. Great price for the ornament.
