My item broke due to seller negligence. This seller did not use the shipping method advertised and charged me an extra $100 above actual shipping cost. The seller also jammed all of the items into 2 boxes without using any packaging materials. Because of this, one of the items broke in half during transit. Cutting corners to pocket more profit is unacceptable! Now I have an incomplete matching set. I paid a premium for this item so that I would not risk damage or deal with something like this.
