Nearly a month later I received a vague reply. Well, it IS backed by eBay’s refund policy so I made an offer which was accepted.
A few days later a label was made but never received by USPS. Just before the due date, I sent a message asking what was going on. No reply.
Days later I contacted eBay. No reply to ebay. Refund issued.
