Parcel did not arrive ?, I was in contact with the seller but we could not trace what happened to the parcel, seller gave me a refund, good communication.

Sadly the package was lost by the UK Royal Mail. Copy of the mailing manifest was sent to buyer as proof of mailing. As the package went "normal" mail and not "tracked" mail there was little anyone could do to locate it. Sadly lost mail is on the rise, I would recommend using "tracked" mail but the cost is much higher than "normal" mail.
