This was our second airfryer purchased from this business, our first one was amazing and looked brand new, but when we received the second one it had obviously been used and not cleaned properly but after a few messages back and forth we were satisfied in receiving a partial refund…it would not put us off purchasing from this business again tho. Many thanks.

First time using this airfryer and it doesn’t work - it is saying one drawer is open but it is not so a faulty sensor - probably why the original buyer returned it and it has not been tested. I have emailed the seller so will see what they say. Not possible to return as original box was so damaged, it had to be thrown away.
