Just an ok experience. Communication was fine, but shipping was negative. Paid Tuesday, was told item would ship Wednesday, didn’t get shipped till Friday in the end. Packaging was horrible, even the delivery guy was concerned something rattling could have come out with all the holes in the cardboard box. Wasn’t taped properly. The metal hardware in the ziplock bag flopping around scratching the plastic item I bought. Just lazy and disappointed for a $500 buy.
